Choosing a veterinarian is an important and personal decision. We encourage you to visit our veterinary clinic to see if our clinic fits the needs of your pet. We invite you to talk to us, ask questions, and look around. If you call us in advance, we can schedule a suitable time to meet with you and give you a clinic tour.

If you have a newly adopted pet from an animal rescue organization or the SPCA, we offer a complimentary pet examination. We provide veterinary advice and answer any questions you have about your pet. (This free veterinary examination does not cover tests, vaccinations, or products.)

#1 – The Absent Owner Form
This form is for clients to fill out if they are leaving their pet(s) in the care of another person. Must be filled out and emailed to the clinic: reception@awac.ca
#2 – The Boarding Form
This form is to be filled out by the client once their cat or rabbit has been booked into the boarding room. Having this form done and emailed before drop-off makes it more convenient for the client, in case the client is in a rush. Please email form to: reception@awac.ca
